Annual Customer Appreciation Sale
Saturday, July 18th, 2009
Dear
Friends and Participants;
The date is quickly approaching for this
special sale; we appreciate your
participation and most importantly
appreciate
you
and the patronage you’ve shown us
through the years. We’re well underway
in preparation for this event and will
do all we can to ensure a successful and
productive sale experience and outcome
for each of you.
Who
is eligible to participate:
Cowboy
Classic Buyers of the Fall 2008 or
Spring 2009 sales.
Number
of animals to be consigned:
Up to 8
Does and 1 Buck per consignor
(Due to the large response, we’ve had to
impose this limit)
Responsibility of consignor:
Provide and transport animals to sale
location in show condition (bathed and
groomed), Original Registration Papers,
Health Certificates, Service Memos (if
applies), Feed and buckets. We will also
need 2
copies
of registration papers per animal, 1 for
pen – 1 for sale list.
We will
provide pens and shavings; clip boards
will be attached to pens to display a
copy of registration or pedigree.
Sale
Listing:
We will provide a sale listing of
animals to be sold the morning of the
sale. This information will not be
available until all animals are in place
and the sift has been conducted
Commission: 10%
Commission will be charged to help incur
the cost of sale.

Mueggenborg Auctioneers
and hosted
by the “Cowboy Classic” consignors.

*8:00 am - Barns open to consignors*
*12:00 pm
– Goats must be in place*
*2:00 pm – Sift will be conducted to
ensure correctness and quality of
animals offered*
(conducted
by an ABGA sanctioned judge)
*7:00 pm – Fitting seminar*
to be conducted by Randall Rochell
Saturday, July 18:

Preview Inspection
*Noon - Complementary Lunch
*1:00 pm – Sale Start
Animals will be released and loaded at
sales conclusion.

ads have been placed in The Goat Rancher
and The Ag Youth magazine advertising
this special event. For those with
websites, please list and picture
animals you will be offering at the
sale. A designated page for this event
can be found at
www.4mfarms.net. If
you wish to participate please contact
us so your farm name and contact
information can be included. If you have

assistance prior to sale time please

opportunities to showcase your animals
prior to the sale are coming up so mark
your calendars. The ABGA National show
will be held in West Monroe, LA the week
of June 8 – 13th, the
International Boer Goat Association
National show will be held in Duncan, OK
on July 9- 11th.
