The third annual Cowboy Classic Customer Appreciation Sale was held on Saturday, July 17th, 2010 in Yale, Oklahoma at the 4-M Farms sale facility. A total of 12 consignors participated in this special sale. Consignors traveled from various locations in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Texas. Several members of the Cowboy Classic sales were on hand to assist this special group. Consignors began to arrive on Wednesday, a sift was held on Friday afternoon to ensure the integrity of the animals being offered. A fitting and trimming seminar was held on Friday evening, special thanks to Randall Rochell of Duncan, Oklahoma for providing this service. Watermelon and cold drinks were served on Friday evening. A complementary barbeque lunch was served prior to the sale start on Saturday and the first animal made its way through the sale ring at 1:00pm. We had a nice crowd and a wonderful group of animals being offered despite the excessive Oklahoma heat and humidity. We appreciate each and everyone who took the time to be with us on sale day and hope to see you back in the fall. The Fall Cowboy Classic will be held on Saturday, Oct. 2nd. Be sure to come and join in on the fun as we celebrate Darrell’s big birthday #50 in conjunction with the sale.
